STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE 


  1. Payment Information:
    •  Swelaser AB accept payment methods ( Bankgiro/Plusgiro and IBAN  transfers)  
    • Accepted currencies are USD, Euro and SEK. 
    • According to EU law there is no extra fee for the payment method. 
  • Enterprise/organisational clients may have 30 days credit limit. 
  • If late payment there is an additional fee of equivalent 10% for late payment. 
  • If the late payment is 60 days then there is an additional fee for our solicitors of 150USD to be added to the debt.
  1. Shipping and Delivery:
    • All shipping in Stockholm may be by either direct delivery or clients may pick the goods up by themselves or we may ship by DHL Freight AB
    • Outside of Sweden all shipping is handled by DHL Express. 
    • Clients may choose to use their own freight company on their own account.
    • In case of that Swelaser do not have the requested amount of certain product clients may ask for part delivery. All part deliveries will be charged.
    • All parcels delivered by DHL Freight or DHL Express may be tracked. The tracking number as soon as it is available will be made possible to view in the orders.
  2. Return and Refund Policy:
    • Unused product may freely be returned within 1 week without any explinaition of why client wishes to return the product.  In that case the client pays for the freight back to our warehouse. If the goods comes back damaged then client will need to pay for the goods too. 
    • Products are never exchanged that means if client purchases a product and wishes to exchange to another product with the same cost. Swelaser handles this by return policy and a total new purchase.
  3. RMA Policy:
    • All our transcievers and patches have a 2 year functional warranty. If you have an error and wishes to exchange these we usually send out exchange product as soon as possible. That freight is on the cost of Swelaser AB. However Swelaser may ask for the faulty product to be returned. The cost of the freight back is for the client to pay. It is not necessary to have original packing or anything like that if products is to be returned. Swelaser just asks for a swift return.
    • If Swelaser did ask for return of faulty goods and the products have not been returned then after 14 days Swelaser have the right to invoice also for the RMA goods sent.

        • Swelaser uses Odoo AS cloud solution. Odoo SA protect our customer data with encryption, backups, and access controls.
      7. Third-Party Providers:
        • Third-party providers such as Odoo AS (cloud service), payment gateways like Paypal, credit card companies and delivery companies like DHL may have access to certain info for a better customer service.


  6. Terms and Conditions:
    • Swelasers website and webshop complys with GDPR in the EU.
    • All news, products, solutions as well as images, videos are a part of Swelasers intellectual property. These may not be used for other companies gain unless specifically Swelaser have granted them the right to do so.
    • All purchases/sales and all eventual legal claims and disputes should be settled and governed by Swedish law.
