We are a team of passionate people whose goal is to help companies with their fiber links. We have been working with fiber transmission since 2003.  However we did not start the company with helping customers with their links. Swelaser AB started up as a network equipment broker. The first registered name was Integrated Network System in Sweden AB.  Try to say that 50 times in the phone and then you realize the company name was not appropriate for selling anything. The company was to 55% owned by a Norwegian company called Integrated Network System AS in Norway.

The Norwegian mother company had other plans so when The Norwegians changed their name the Swedish part had to change name their name also to INS Broker AB.  A few years later the Norwegians and the Swedish had grown apart therefore the Swedish is now fully owned by Swedish shareholders.

The first office in Stockholm was located in Gröndal quite close to other networking companies regional offices like Juniper and Cisco.

In 2006 finally moved to Tullgårdsgatan 8 to Södermalm, Stockholm where the company had its office and stock till 2022.

From January 2023 Swelaser moved out from the center of Stockholm to a calmer place in Skogås where you can feel the nature in contrast to all high tech.

In 2024 we finally changed business system. 20 years with the same system made the old system efficient but also very old and there were no possibilities to change it. Now Swelaser have chosen Odoo AS as a cloud provider of our system. Hopefully this will make our clients and providers more than pleased of the new possibilities. One direct change is that we have introduced a web shop.
